Role overview

As the Members Manager, you’ll be the architect of our member information framework. Your primary mission will be to devise and implement strategies that streamline communication, engagement, and support for all members, both direct and indirect. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Structural development: craft and implement a robust system for efficient information flow, ensuring all members receive pertinent updates, resources, and support.
  • Member engagement: innovate and execute strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction among existing and potential members.
  • Relationship cultivation: foster strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and tailoring communication to resonate with diverse groups.
  • Collaboration: work closely with various teams within ASD to ensure a unified approach and seamless member experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a membership-based organisation or trade organisation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing member engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in information management systems and tools.
  • Event and webinar planning/execution experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
