ASD acts as a powerful voice to promote the best interests of the industry in dialogue with the EU Institutions and other stakeholders. This includes advocacy on the needs of the aerospace and defence industry as EU research programmes are being developed. For example, ASD has been making sure the industry’s voice is heard in the development of the Clean Sky and Horizon Europe programmes, which provide funding for innovative aerospace projects.
